As a customer, contractor or employee of an acute hospital you are agreeing to receive information about the services we provide to that hospital. This may include, but is not limited to, information about service updates, new features, or information we believe you may find interesting. 

We will not sell, provide, or transfer your email address to others. We will only send you information about other products and services when they are related to the Forum or form part of an upgrade to material. 

We do not allow advertising, or engage in joint marketing ventures. You should not receive advertisements from third parties. If you do receive an advertisement claiming to be related to Vision Health, please let us know immediately. 

Identification of Purchasers/Staff/Contractors 

If you, as a member of staff or contractor of a client hospital join one of our online forums, you authorise us to use your name and correspond in the manner intended for that forum. For example, in live group webinars. 

We also use personal information in an aggregate form (i.e., not individually attributable to you) for business analysis, operational and marketing purposes.
